The primary responsibility of the General Manager is to be a team leader, drive profit, provide sales support, and manage the daily operations of the local office. We are looking for an individual that will create a positive culture and a strong team-oriented environment. The General Manager is responsible for the growth, employee development/retention and overall performance of the office. The General Manager must have the ability to multi-task effectively, problem solve and lead the team to overall success.

Major Responsibilities:

• Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit goals
• Provide leadership and manage overall team performance by setting clear goals, measuring those goals and providing recognition/feedback
• Lead by example and create a team culture of loyalty, teamwork and overall job satisfaction for employees
• Drive development of employees through on going coaching, feedback and setting measurable goals
• Assist and manage all recruitment and retention efforts to build a strong office team, drive profitability and increase office effectiveness
• Drive sales through hands-on leadership with the sales team and reinforce company sales programs and best practices
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a superior level of customer service is executed by the sales team
• Manage overall daily operations and create a sense of urgency amongst the team
• Mange overall operating budget of the office and analyze finance data to adjust where necessary
• Adhere to and enforce Policies and Procedures set forth by the Company
• Create a safe culture within the office

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales management experience
• Strong administrative skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Ability to multi-task, strategically plan and problem solve
• Ability to coach, teach, train and engage a team to perform to the best of their abilities
• Strong communication skills
