About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-based growth in the online training courses business. This role involves taking over from the Founder, who will transition to the role of Chairman to focus on innovations and support the new CEO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CEO or COO, experience in growing a business through the $30MM - $50MM revenue curve, and strategic yet hands-on leadership that inspires transformational change and growth. They should also have experience in USA consumer business, particularly in professional training, coaching, mentoring, and eLearning, and be adept at managing global, remote, and culturally diverse teams.The ideal candidate will be highly educated, with at least a degree and preferably an MBA or PhD, and have a good understanding of operational playbooks and budget management. The successful candidate will be responsible for doubling and redoubling the business over the next 3-10 years', with a focus on direct-to-consumer and business-to-consumer customer acquisition and retention, as well as innovation.
