About the Role

The Company is seeking a Group Vice President for Kidney Care Operations to provide general management and leadership across a large, multi-state operating group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and tactical leadership of operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and ethical patient care across a network of outpatient clinics, home dialysis programs, and acute care programs. This role involves the development and execution of strategic operating plans, financial management, and leading the business development process. The Group Vice President will also be a key member of the field management team, driving change, and fostering a culture that values service excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.Candidates for the Group Vice President position must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive management experience, with a strong preference for those with healthcare provider operating experience, particularly in the dialysis or similar services. The role requires a demonstrated track record of successful fiscal and operating management, as well as the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Essential skills include strategic thinking, execution-oriented, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. The position also has full supervisory responsibility for a large team, so experience in recruitment, hiring, and talent development is essential. The successful candidate will be an ambassador for the company's values and mission, and will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the alignment of competitive strategies with the company's values.
