Responsibilities:
- Provide hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and styling
- Perform eyelash extensions and other beauty enhancements
- Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Upsell salon products and services to maximize revenue
- Mentor and train junior cosmetologists to enhance their skills
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
- Utilize salon software for appointment management and record keeping
- Contribute to retail sales by recommending appropriate products for clients' hair and beauty needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license in the state of [Location]
- Proven experience in hair styling, eyelash extensions, and other beauty services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
