About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Clinical Development to lead the strategic and operational aspects of clinical programs, with a focus on lymphoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical insight, expertise, and determining clinical development strategies that lead to the approval and commercialization of the company's innovative therapies. This role involves overseeing the growth of the Clinical Development and Clinical Operations teams, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and research community. The Head of Clinical Development will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with regulations, particularly in the U.S., and will play a critical role in the management of the BLA/NDA processes.Applicants must have an MD and be a Hematologist/Oncologist with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, specifically in early-phase clinical development for hemato-oncology. A strong background in whole life cycle management of novel drugs, knowledge of U.S. drug regulations, and experience with the FDA is essential. The role requires a leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in clinical risk management, and a proven track record of successful interactions with global health authorities. Professional knowledge in cellular immunology, experience in autoimmune diseases, and a background in global health authorities are all considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of making critical decisions, and be willing to travel frequently within the U.S.
