The Company is in search of a Head of Compliance to take a leading role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating compliance programs and procedures, as well as for establishing and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies. This pivotal position demands a professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or a related field, with a strong focus on AML, KYC, and transaction surveillance. The Head of Compliance will also be tasked with training and mentoring junior staff, participating in compliance-related projects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance processes.Applicants for the Head of Compliance role at the company should possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and be able to engage with stakeholders across the organizational hierarchy. The role requires a meticulous attention to detail, robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a high-speed, dynamic startup environment. Professional certifications in compliance, AML, or related areas are preferred. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in compliance matters, staying abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends, and providing guidance on emerging compliance requirements and best practices.
