About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Finance Systems to provide strategic technical leadership and mentor a global team in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of corporate financial systems. The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner, ensuring that technology is leveraged for business benefit and maintaining a clear roadmap. Responsibilities include managing costs and performance, overseeing the stability and security of infrastructure and applications, and building strong relationships with main teams to guide technology strategies. The role also involves leading on-premises to cloud/SaaS ERP transitions and requires a deep understanding of BI and analytics tools, modern data platforms, data modeling, and IT general controls.Applicants for the Head of Enterprise Finance Systems position at the company must have demonstrable experience in leading the implementation of financial systems at a global scale, particularly for publicly traded companies. The role demands a leader with a strong technical background, including experience with Oracle e-Business Suite or a similar ERP, and a proven track record in managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
