About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their dynamic, remote team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in developing and executing the financial vision, with a strong focus on advancing financial best practices and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include ensuring the financial health of the organization, managing financial and accounting processes, and overseeing risk management. The Head of Finance will also be accountable for budgeting, cash flow management, and providing strategic financial analysis to support the company's growth, particularly in digital and omnichannel environments.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 8 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience, and a deep understanding of complex financial concepts. Experience in a consumer-packaged goods or digital forward/omnichannel environment is a plus. The role requires the ability to engage with the CEO, Board of Directors, and other team members, and to lead and develop a team. The ideal candidate will be adept at implementing new tools and technology to enhance business decision-making, and will have a proven track record of influencing strategies that drive business performance.
