This role demands a leader with a strong background in the retail industry, at least 10 years' of experience in software product development, and a minimum of 5 years' in product management. Key responsibilities for the Head of Product Management include collaborating with engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams, managing a product line budget, and engaging directly with customers to drive satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design and UX principles, and experience in B2B/Enterprise software, particularly in the SaaS and retail sectors. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with an MBA or Master’s degree being a plus. The role calls for an individual with an extroverted, collaborative leadership style, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
