About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Strategy and Operations to lead and shape its data and AI strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a cohesive strategy for data and AI, driving its execution to deliver measurable customer value, and managing a team of strategy and data analysts. This role involves forging strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, spearheading market analysis activities, and championing the ideation and development of innovative products and services. The Head of Strategy and Operations will also be expected to remain at the forefront of industry trends, socialize new ideas with senior leaders, and ensure the organization is well-positioned to adapt and refine its innovation roadmap.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of strategic leadership experience, with a strong focus on data and AI within the tech sector. A demonstrated track record of developing and implementing elaborate strategies, experience in launching successful data-driven products, and outstanding storytelling and presentation skills are essential. The role requires a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, strong analytical skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and the capacity to distill complex issues into structured action plans. A top-tier MBA or equivalent experience is preferred, along with deep industry knowledge in the data, analytics, and AI space, and practical experience with SQL and other analytics capabilities.
