About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Sustainability Reporting and Frameworks to join their team. This senior role is pivotal in advising the firm's clients, particularly those with large commercial real estate investment portfolios, on their sustainability reporting strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all GRESB, UN PRI, TCFD, and CDP responses, leading service offerings to ensure client compliance with various sustainability and climate disclosure regulations, and providing thought leadership on sustainability and ESG reporting. Additionally, the role involves creating internal resources, and conducting staff training to support internal processes and knowledge management.Applicants for the Head of Sustainability Reporting and Frameworks position must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sustainability and ESG reporting framework expertise, with a preference for those who also have experience in the real estate sector and GRESB. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in a client-facing role within a professional services firm, as well as excellent presentation, training, and thought leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at staying abreast of trends and topics in sustainability reporting and will be able to work effectively in a remote environment, with occasional travel for team meetings. The position demands a strategic thinker who can lead and manage a team, and who is committed to the values of inclusivity and diversity.
