We are seeking a Part time HR Assistant for our Manchester NH based client:
Overview:
 
Performs a wide range of assistant functions for the Human Resources Department that includes but is not limited:
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, transferring calls, email communications, coordinating customer walk-ins, typing, filing, and computer work.
  • Maintains outstanding communication and customer service skills and assists the Human Resources Departments and staff as needed.
  • Responsible for all employee access identification badges.
  • Distributes incoming mail to various departments.
  • Data entry for daily updates for new hires, department transfers, and termination data.
Qualifications:
  • 1 years of experience as a Administrator within Human Resources department
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work 8:30-5pm M-F all onsite
