The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven HR Representative to join our team! You will support multiple sites and be a important member of the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources, Recruitment and has strong administrative skills. This role will support the recruiting process, including attracting and pre-screening candidates and coordinating all recruiting and onboarding activities. In addition, this role performs routine support with HRIS administration, policy implementation, onboarding, employee relations and serves as the point of contact for any team member questions.
