Position: HRIS Analyst- ONSITE
Job Overview:
The HRIS Specialist will oversee the maintenance of our Human Resources Information Systems to ensure database integrity, secure processing and reporting of HR data, and enhanced system efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes combined with expertise in managing HR technologies.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the HRIS platforms ensuring data accuracy, security, and legal compliance.
Lead the implementation of new HRIS solutions and oversee upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, Support Services and HR teams to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and integrates smoothly with other internal systems.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for entering, maintaining, and reporting data in the HRIS.
Train and support HR and other end-users in the efficient use of HRIS systems and applications.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
Analyze HRIS system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Generate and interpret complex reports and analytics to guide strategic HR decisions.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant laws concerning employee data handling and privacy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2years’ experience in HRIS management, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules
