Confidential is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near Aventura, FL

We are a leading provider of innovative hospitality point-of-sale solutions, passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and their customers. Our cutting-edge technology enables businesses in the hospitality industry to streamline their operations, enhance customer service, and drive efficiency.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, people-focused, and driven HR Manager, to lead HR operations in our Aventura office while supporting other locations and employees across the US.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive HR operations and initiatives to align with the business strategies.
  • Perform talent acquisition strategies focusing on finding top talent and conducting pre-employment checks.
  • Extend job offers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Own all activities related to HRIS system and appropriate updates. Experience working with UKG is a plus!
  • Manage benefit plans, collaborate with benefit broker during open enrollment, and answer employee questions.
  • Respond to unemployment claims, withholding tax notices, and employment compliance requirements.
  • Process FMLA claims and relevant leave payments adhering to local state guidelines and company benefits.
  • Support employee questions, grievances, and concerns from hire to retire.
  • Provide reports and assistance related to employment compliance.
  • Additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of Human Resources experience handling the full life cycle of employees
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar field preferred.
  • Great communicator with the ability to listen, learn, and implement new processes, procedures and ideas.
  • Self-driven, organized, and diligent about meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • 4 days a week in the office is mandatory.
