- Troubleshoot and resolve end user technical issues
- Identify and research routine technical problems with software and databases and follow through to resolution

Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience in desktop support
- Basic understanding of computer networks
- Knowledge of Active Directories and Group policies
- Knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL 2018) and ERP software
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches and troubleshooting connectivity
- Experience supporting various software packages (MS 365, MS Windows 10 & 11, Server2012, 2016, 2019
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent Customer Service
