About the Role

The Company is seeking a Certified Workday Reporting Lead for a remote contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting fit-gaps and executing report development, as well as participating in Workday projects that involve strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization. This role requires a professional with a Workday certification in HCM, Financials, or Integration, a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Workday Reporting Lead consultant, and a proven track record of at least five full life cycle implementations with various types of Workday reporting.As a Certified Workday Reporting Lead, the role involves not only technical expertise but also a high level of engagement with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading reporting design, process alignment, and a detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality. The position demands a thorough understanding of Workday reporting processes and best practices, and the ability to review business processes and advise clients on the system services available within the Workday application. The candidate should be well-versed in advanced reporting, composite reporting, and BIRT, and be able to ensure data integrity and security in Workday applications.
