About the Role

The Company is in need of an Interim Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of a senior living community, ensuring the highest standards of service and resident satisfaction. The successful candidate will be the on-site executive for all activities, serving as the primary contact for staff, residents, and external entities. Key responsibilities include managing the property's budget and cash flow, supervising all staff, maintaining necessary licenses, and upholding superior training and maintenance standards. The Interim Executive Director will also be involved in resident relations, staff development, and will be expected to actively engage in the local community's social and civic affairs.Applicants for the Interim Executive Director position at the company's senior living community should have a minimum of 3 years' of related experience in senior living and/or memory care. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, candidates must possess an Assisted Living Administration Certification. The role requires a professional who can lead by example, foster a culture of pride and quality, and ensure a safe and positive environment for both residents and staff. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a team, be proactive in problem-solving, and have a strong commitment to the values of respect, integrity, and discipline. The Interim Executive Director will be an integral part of the community, representing the property in various local, state, and professional organizations.
