About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim People Transformation and Change Partner to play a pivotal role in the midst of a significant period of growth and change, particularly due to acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service, driving continuous improvement, and managing the people transformational aspects of mobilization, demobilization, and restructure activities. This includes leading large-scale and complex change programs, ensuring ethical and legal change management, and managing projects in line with company policies and procedures. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade union representatives, people directors, and operations managers, to ensure clear communication and high visibility of all project activities.Applicants for this interim position should have extensive experience in TUPE, with a focus on large scales and complexities, and a background in dealing with complex change management projects within a commercial environment. M&A experience is desirable. The role requires the ability to project manage an agile team across multiple locations, challenge and influence key decision makers, and provide technically sound employment law advice. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading change, working on organizational design, and creating clear, measurable project plans. A professional, assertive, and confident approach is necessary to be effective in this role.
