We are a TMT specialist boutique investment bank. We are looking for experienced senior analysts or junior associates with at least 2 years of prior M&A experience to join our team in New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze companies, industries, historical financial statements, and prospective financial statements
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses to support advice provided to clients
• Engage with clients, investment banks, private equity firms, and law firms on live deals
• Assist in identifying appropriate investors and/or strategic and financial buyers
• Communicate regulatory, financial information and complex strategic issues in a clear and concise manner to assist and guide decision-makers in a corporate finance transaction
• Liaise with clients, their counterparties, and other advisers in support of a team during presentations and deal executions

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of M&A experience at a reputable bank (preferably in a technology or software coverage role)
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field from an accredited 4-year university (MBA a plus)
• Highly proficient in financial statement analysis and financial modeling in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced valuation, mathematical and analytical skills coupled with strong attention to detail
• Ability to proactively manage multiple projects in an organized and efficient manner
• Capable of working independently but also as part of a dynamic team in a fast-moving environment
• Requisite FINRA licenses - Series 7, 63, 79
