Confidential is Hiring an IT Support Specialist Near Maryland, NY

The IT Support Specialist will provide support for all end users to ensure systems are operating with optimal performance. In collaboration with the IT team, this role will primarily focus on deployment of computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers and applications. This includes asset management for hardware devices. This role will also participate in IT related projects as needed and maintain knowledge of emerging desktop technologies and software applications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Setting up workstations and office equipment
  • Provide all end-user desktop support as needed
  • Troubleshoot networking issues to various endpoints including responding to general inquiries and non-technical questions
  • Conduct inventory and auditing of office equipment
  • Provide routine maintenance to office and enduser equipment including software updates
  • Assist users with hardware and software questions and problems, field requests from users seeking technical guidance, diagnose problems.
  • Managing in-house equipment issues and networking issues
  • Assist in routine server and infrastructure maintenance
  • Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot issues
  • Provide training to end users on how to use technology
  • Assist and participate in IT Audits and ensure compliance
  • Participate in projects outlined by the Director of IT
