Maintenance Technician will be assisting with general maintenance tasks for a large portfolio of commercial buildings
- General Responsibilities : *
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC as required
- Seasonal tasks such as snow clearing, weeding
- Assist / monitor work performed by outside contractors
- General cleaning, and upkeep of properties
- Personal skills and attributes : *
- General commercial building knowledge
- Treats employees, tenants, vendors, and subs as partners

Pay : $42,500.00 - $55,848.00 per year
