**Job Summary:
A general construction company specializing in property maintenance in the South Philly area is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician/ Carpenter to complete jobs as they come. The majority of the jobs are smaller jobs, but some could be larger projects
Must have a truck with tools and be able to complete jobs unassisted. A background check is required. The ideal candidate would be have a clean backround. Any kind of backround with convictions will be checked on a case by case basis, but any applicant having any convictions involving violence will not be accepted
Experience in some of following trades are required. Let us know what your fields of experience are in. A candidate with great customer service, work ethic, and attitude will be the highest considered.
Drywall, Spackle, residential painting,
Plumbing, electrical, hvac,
Flooring including hardwood, laminate, carpeting.
Windows/doors, masonry,roofing.
Available during the week and weekend is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.50 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
