Contribute in this role
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Account Management, as the Manager of this team you will oversee a team of Account Managers covering the country. You will attract, hire, coach, mentor, and retain high performing Account Managers. This team will work within our SaaS book of business focused on cross selling and upselling services to current clients to address potential solution gaps that would impact client retention cycles with both net new and named accounts. Your insights and experience will be key to the performance of our sales organization as we look to rapidly accelerate our growth in this area.
