About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Account Management. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with the company's corporate partners, particularly F500 organizations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the renewal, growth, and overall impact of business contracts. The Managing Director will operate in a player/coach capacity, overseeing a small team of Account Managers and leading by example in meeting commercial and business goals. Responsibilities include revenue and pipeline management, skilled negotiation, and fostering partner knowledge and engagement. The role also demands a high level of market intelligence, industry, and content knowledge, as well as close collaboration with various internal teams to drive value and influence the product and service strategy.Applicants for the Managing Director position should hold a Bachelor's degree and have 10-12 years of relevant full-time experience, with a proven track record in sales, account management, or partner success. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing enterprise accounts, a deep understanding of the corporate HR and recruitment landscape, and a passion for driving market and partner impact. Strong leadership and management skills are essential, as is the ability to work with cross-functional teams to innovate and influence offerings. The role requires analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
