About the Role

An excellent understanding of casualty insurance products, underwriting, and actuarial functions is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of managing large teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and making data-driven decisions. Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are a must, as is the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, with a preference for candidates holding a law degree, advanced degree, or focused technical degree, and industry designations such as CPCU.
