The Company is seeking a Managing Director, Human Resources to lead the development and implementation of strategies, programs, and processes related to the acquisition, development, and retention of team members. This senior role is pivotal in defining and driving the organization's HR strategy, with a focus on talent management, organizational design, and fostering a culture that supports the company's goals. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to leadership, providing expert guidance on HR matters and ensuring that the HR function is aligned with the business's objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing the P&C function, coaching senior leaders, and supporting the management of change, as well as leading DE&I initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.Candidates for the Managing Director, Human Resources position at the company should have a successful track record in senior talent management roles, with a strong background in HR operations and a deep understanding of compliance, employee relations, and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, at least 12-15 years' of experience, and a proven ability to manage change and drive high performance within the organization.
