Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and website design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns that elevate our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
Social Media Management:
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and interaction.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to support broader marketing goals.
SEO:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic search traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements for improved SEO performance.
Website Design:
- Oversee the design and development of the company website to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to create visually appealing and effective web pages.
- Ensure the website is optimized for performance, mobile responsiveness, and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and website design.
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and social media accounts.
- Proficient in SEO tools and practices, with a strong understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
