Responsibilities include:
- Provide medical administrative support to healthcare professionals in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Greet and check-in patients, collect and update patient information.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments, including taking vital signs and administering medications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical office.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to patients.
- Assist with coding and billing processes.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to understand medical terminology and procedures.
- Experience in medical administrative support or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and electronic health records (EHR) software.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
