We are looking for someone who is experienced and skilled in medical documentation review, in order to be able to develop an accurate history.

- compose summaries of medical records with excellent use of grammar and spelling.

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical records role
- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with electronic health record systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
