Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EXIM Middleware Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the biotechnology, healthcare, or telecom domains and be proficient in Oracle SOA, Webservices, Weblogic, Jboss Administration, SSL Certificates, Agile Methodologies, Global Delivery, and Middleware technologies. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless operation, integration, and optimization of our middleware platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Middleware Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of middleware technologies including Oracle SOA Suite, Weblogic, and Jboss.
  • Integration Management: Design, develop, and manage web services and middleware integrations to support business processes and data flow across various applications.
  • SSL Certificate Management: Implement and manage SSL certificates to ensure secure communications and compliance with industry standards.
  • Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize the performance of middleware environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for middleware-related issues, working closely with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Global Delivery: Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent delivery of middleware services across multiple geographies.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of middleware configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that middleware solutions comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in middleware administration, with a demonstrated history of working in the biotechnology, healthcare, or telecom domains.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Oracle SOA Suite and Webservices.
    • Strong experience with Weblogic and Jboss Administration.
    • In-depth knowledge of SSL Certificates and their management.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and global delivery models.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other middleware technologies and integration platforms.
  • Certification in Oracle SOA or related middleware technologies.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in the biotechnology and healthcare industries.
