A leading hedge fund is looking for a highly-technical Network Engineer to join their Global Trading Network team in New York. The hire will be working with all Network and Security Infrastructure projects related to the Front Office Trading Environment, specifically working across global exchanges and market connectivity, and low-latency networks.
Key Technologies/Skillset needed:
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline
- Deep multi-cast experience Low Latency Network Engineering experience.
- Strong Linux fundamentals
- Basic coding skills – Python
- 7 years of experience with design / planning and implementation of scalable network infrastructure in or for a global financial services business
