Job Summary:
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration, policies, and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and success. The Office Manager is responsible for supervising intra-office communication protocols, overseeing administrative procedures, maintaining inventory control, managing office staff, and task delegation. Strives to continually improve customer and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the branch.

Organized professional who enjoys and is highly proficient at multi-tasking. Experienced in handling a wide range of managerial and executive support related tasks. Can work independently with little or no supervision. Very well organized, composed, adaptable, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a fast-paced office of diverse team members.
Education and Experience
Essential Functions:
· Supervise and manage all office team members as well as internal day-to-day operations for maximum efficiency
· Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, and filing systems are maintained and efficient
· Understand team members positions well enough to perform duties in team members’ absence
· Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
· Advocate for sound financial/business decision making; demonstrate honesty/integrity; lead by example
· Keep front office team focused on the critical components of operations to drive local branch success, desired financial results, and customer satisfaction
· Oversee the customer experience (in person and by phone) to ensure a personal and friendly experience, and maintain complete accessibility in both availability and warmth of character
· Ensure that results are measured against and upheld to company policies, standards, and procedures
· Complete POS management duties including reconciliations, inventory management, and data entry
· Generate and analyze reports to provide regular updates for upper management to act on
· Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of team member and customer data
· Coordinate team member schedules and customer appointments
· Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
· Handle customer inquiries, compliments, and concerns
· Commit to continuing education regarding company standards and industry products and services
Skills & Aptitudes
· Proven office management or administration experience
· Strong organizational and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
· Knowledge of standard business principles
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Exceptional attention and commitment to detail
· Must be self-motivated and driven
· Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
· Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
Physical Demands:
The Office Manager typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle, or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 50 pounds.
