As a Housing Monitor you would act as the primary contact for residents in housing facilities for behavioral health patients. This would require you to build and maintain professional relationships with residents; ensures resident compliance with house rules and safety throughout their stay.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs resident supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Greets new intakes and visitors
• Demonstrates the ability to interact appropriately with residents at all times
• Addresses issues and enforces behavioral expectations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agencies/Service Providers
• Assist participants with information and available resources
• Gather documentation to ensure participants qualify for resources
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Good verbal and written skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Skills in time management and crisis intervention
• Other duties as assigned
