Role Overview:

As our Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of in-home sales experts, focusing on boosting revenue and hitting sales goals. You will manage the sales cycle, craft effective strategies, and foster a high-performance sales environment.

Primary Duties:

• Lead and mentor an in-home sales team of 10 to maximize sales results.
• Conduct weekly field visits for feedback, coaching, and improvement.
• Analyze closing rates, spot trends, and implement strategies to boost sales performance.
• Provide personalized coaching and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Engage directly in sales activities, collaborating with team members to close deals.
• Support the team in negotiations and leverage your industry expertise to assist in finalizing sales.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess prior experience in in-home sales and demonstrate a proven track record in both selling and managing sales teams.
