**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll processing, account reconciliation, and financial concepts. **Responsibilities:**
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Reconcile payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Analyze payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Maintain payroll records and documentation
- Collaborate with the finance team for financial reporting
- Assist in journal entries and double entry bookkeeping
- Utilize software such as Workday and QuickBooks for payroll functions
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in 10 key typing
- Prior experience in payroll administration
- Strong understanding of technical accounting principles
- Familiarity with financial concepts and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of Workday software is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
