Job Description: As a multi-site property management company, we are seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to help us with our various payroll function. The job requires a candidate that possesses great attention to detail, effective communication and organization to assist the rest of our team with bookkeeping and payroll processing.
Job Duties:
Review digital time records and sometimes physical time sheets. Multi-site payroll processing
Train and support others on site. Keep well organized records for all employees assigned to this position. Be actively engaged with the management of:
OT - Medical, Vision, Dental & Retirement Benefits - Commissions - Unemployment claims.
At least 2 years of prior experience with:
ADP, Paycom, or Paychex payroll software
Microsoft Office 365
Other required skills:
Time management when balancing work load of numerous locations in different states; pays attention to details; is an effective communicator with others, is able to maintain strict confidentiality of personal information, works well with others, and is adaptable to various situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
