State-of-the-art privately-owned physical therapy practice employing talented therapists and team members focused on providing safe, affordable and effective care and educating patients on the benefits of physical therapy and its long-lasting health benefits is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician/Floor Lead to support the team. The ideal candidate must be able to function independently and prioritize appropriately in a fast-paced work environment, be able to multi-task as well as manage technician staff, and have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Job responsibilities include overseeing technicians and scheduling their work hours, being point of contact for therapists and technicians with equipment/patient concerns, assisting therapists with supervised tasks, working with patients and documenting exercises, ordering supplies and caring for PT and office equipment, and ensuring equipment and treatment areas are clean and set up correctly by technicians. High school diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
