The Company is in search of a charismatic, transparent, and diplomatic leader to take on the role of President. This executive position involves overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including financial management, member relations, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive leadership and a passion for advancing standards and innovation in motorcoach transportation.As President, you will be the face of the organization, representing a network of operators dedicated to excellence in ground transportation. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that the company's mission of providing premier transportation services is upheld. The candidate should be an adept communicator, capable of fostering strong relationships with the Board of Directors, members, and other stakeholders. This is a remote position, and the candidate will report directly to the Board of Directors. Experience in the transportation industry, particularly in motorcoach, bus, or related fields, is essential, as is a commitment to the values of the organization, including safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
