Deployment Execution Support

There are currently 80 manually tracked fields in GPU Tracker used to manage and report on GPU deployments from Signal to Live. These fields must be maintained for all active GPU deployments which currently ranges from 150 – 200. Data in these manual fields is often found to be missing or inaccurate result in inaccurate reporting of status and inability to leverage the historical data for process improvement efforts. This resource will work with AI Delivery DC Acceleration team members and partner teams who own the data in these manual fields to:

1. Identify missing data and coordinate with the owner to provide needed updates in the tool

2. Identify invalid data (e.g. GPU CTD date prior to IB Cabling completion date) and coordinate with the owner to provide needed updates in the tool

3. Ensure that push-outs to key milestones such as GPU CTD or Live have documented reasons in the deployment notes

4. Update entries from Signal PBI into GPU Tracker and maintain alignment between Signal PBI and GPU Tracker.

5. Participate in daily working sessions to ensure alignment across partner organizations

GPU Signal Data Integrity

1. Participate in several working sessions per week to align portfolio change needs (AI Delivery, DSSP, and key stakeholders from DCE/DCOPS/A100/H100/CSCP/EG)

2. Maintain GPU signal change log, ensuring 100% alignment between feasibility studies, investigate signal closures and execute signal issuance

3. Perform updates to Facility Manager – manual task which must be performed separately for each change line item to link colos to GPU clusters. This is the underlying data source that enables our GPU flags in DCEP, IRR and future PBI dashboards. It must be maintained with 100% accuracy for those other systems to depict GPU locations accurately, which feeds into planning, risk management and CR change processes.

4. Assist in organizing and maintaining data for special investigations (e.g. 5-rack A100 feasibility, future small cluster H100 feasibility)

Tap Box & Cable Tray Service

2. Get quote from suppliers for tap box and work with DCPM's to create PO.

3. Track PO submission to ensure it’s not stuck in approvers queue for days.

4. Confirm shipping and delivery dates with suppliers

5. Check dates weekly for changes and update the trackers accordingly.

6. Maintain communication with suppliers and site contacts for any expedite requests or delays

7. Verify Colo Ready dates on weekly basis and escalate the pull-ins, as needed.

8. Make sure sites are ready for shipments and once received all is in good condition.

9. Coordinate RMA process and return labels if required.

10. Update Tap Box & Cable Tray Tracker with all new information/progress on daily basis.

11. Work with DCPMs to verify if racks will be deployed in the flex rows and if any other material would be required like extension cords.

12. Understand the requirements like length of cord, connector type etc and then identify supplier.

13. Perform some of the tasks mentioned above like tracking/expediating/delivery of cords

14. Work with sites to track the installation date.
