- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems or technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Manage budgetary responsibilities, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- PMP Certification a plus
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
