Confidential is Hiring a Property Manager Near Manhattan, NY

The Temporary Property Manager manages the day to day operations of the commercial property, exceed tenants' expectations while meeting the strategic objectives of senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Work with third party vendors and negotiate contracts
  • Manage repairs, work orders and maintenance for building.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, answer questions and help to resolve issues.
  • Manage property management team including administrative and maintenance staff.
  • Responsible for overall operation and strategic goals of property
  • Manage the budget and P&L of the property.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years relevant property management experience with commercial real estate
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong problem solving skills
  • Energetic, responsive team player
  • Self-starter and proactive, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing work load
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, and other property management systems a plus
