Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Overview:
Join our team , a rapidly growing CPA firm with two locations in Canton and Ann Arbor. We specialize in providing tax, accounting, and payroll services to small businesses and individual clients. Since our establishment in 2005, we have built a strong reputation with over 2500 clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed.
- Bookeeping data entry work
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills.
- Proficiency in office tasks including typing, transcribing, and computer literacy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
