About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Conventional Housing Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for a dedicated group of conventional housing communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance and adherence to property management agreements, overseeing budget preparation and financial performance, and driving the implementation of sales, leasing, and operational strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. This role involves a strong focus on operations management, strategic planning, and leadership, including the development of team members, and maintaining the company's quality control and brand standards. The Regional Vice President will also be involved in client services, business development, and representing the company at industry events.Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the multifamily industry, with a significant emphasis on conventional housing. The role requires a leader with excellent communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and a proven track record in operations and financial management. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at project management, have the ability to work under pressure, make independent decisions, and solve complex problems. They must also be able to travel as needed and embody the values and culture of the company.
