About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Central US region. This senior leadership role involves supporting a team of Regional Directors who, in turn, lead Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching existing talent, and attracting new team members. The RVP will also be the ultimate custodian of the region's success, reputation, and culture, and is expected to be experienced in cross-functional engagement, with a natural interest in partnering with other leaders to ensure alignment with company goals. An entrepreneurial sales leader is essential for this position, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, and can articulate the value of the company's solutions while building strong relationships with clients.Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of second line SaaS Sales leadership experience, with a consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in a fast-paced, technical client acquisition-driven business. The role requires the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, remote environment, a growth mindset, and the ability to lead by example in bringing proactive solutions backed by data. The RVP will manage a team across the Central region, foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement, and will be expected to travel as needed to support deal creation and closure, as well as meet any managerial needs of the team. The position is critical to the company and will involve close collaboration with the Vice President, US, and the rest of the GTM leadership team.
