Key responsibilities for the role include leading and managing the regional team, executing the regional business strategy, maintaining customer and partner relationships, and monitoring project progress and compliance. The role also involves the development and implementation of operational policies, as well as providing regular performance reports to senior leadership.Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry. The role requires a proven track record in leading and managing regional teams, strong knowledge of construction and operations processes, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
