About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional VP of Sales for the Eastern Region to play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales success. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, including seasoned enterprise account executives, and will be tasked with meeting and exceeding sales performance objectives and revenue targets. This leadership position involves the development and implementation of strategic sales plans, the recruitment and mentorship of sales professionals, and the establishment of strong customer relationships. The role also requires a focus on driving local process improvements, negotiating and closing complex deals, and collaborating with senior executives to ensure the execution of regional sales goals.Applicants for the Regional VP of Sales position must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in selling SaaS and automation solutions, with a strong background in enterprise software sales or business technology products and services. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams is essential. Experience in selling into enterprise markets in the Eastern region, particularly to the office of the CTO, is a key qualification. Candidates with a strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in startup or hyper-growth environments will be given preference. The role also demands the ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting, as well as the commitment to represent the company with strategic partners.
