About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Ohio and Indiana. The RVP will be responsible for the strategic planning, growth in case volume and EBITDA, and the recruitment and retention of surgeons. This role also involves partnership management, including active management of physician equity, and ensuring a high culture of safety, leadership, and a low rate of employee turnover. The successful candidate will work closely with development to identify and execute opportunities for market expansion and will be expected to deploy the company's safety and leadership initiatives effectively.Candidates for the Regional Vice President position should preferably have a Master's degree in business or healthcare administration, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of five years' experience in healthcare business development, operations, finance, and business consulting. The role requires demonstrated success in developing growth strategies, strong people management skills, and excellent communication abilities. The RVP will also be involved in leadership development with administrators and CEOs, and partnership activities, including attending governing board and partnership meetings. The position demands a high level of industry awareness, the ability to work effectively with healthcare partners at all levels, and a strong aptitude for financial management.
