About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President to drive strong and sustainable growth in the Southwest region. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and forward-thinking leader, responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the Southwest offices. This role involves developing strategies for profitability, growth, and business retention within the assigned territory. The Vice President will also mentor a highly driven team and act as a strategic partner to manage relationships with clients and carriers.Applicants must have at least 8 years of experience as a sales team leader with direct management experience, as well as 8 years of multiline underwriting and production experience, including excess and surplus. Prior experience in managing an office or a region with profit and loss accountability is essential. The role requires a demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing, a Bachelor’s degree (with a preference for continuing education), and advanced qualifications such as an advanced business degree, executive leadership certification, or insurance designation. The successful candidate will be adept at identifying opportunities for strategic growth, developing executive business plans, and leading a unified team to achieve consistent performance standards.
