About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Healthcare Experience Platform (HXP) Sales, who will be the end-to-end leader for HXP Sales in a specific region. The RVP will be responsible for selling the top-ranked CRM platform to U.S. healthcare providers, specialty organizations, and payers. This role involves working closely with top executives to introduce and expand the adoption of HXP offerings, growing enterprise sales, and partnering cross-functionally across the company to execute an enterprise sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree preferred), a minimum of 10 years of healthcare sales experience, and experience managing a field sales team. They should also have a deep understanding of provider organizations, the ability to lead complex business presentations, and a proven track record of hitting sales targets.The successful candidate will be expected to own and drive the closing of large enterprise deals, manage the end-to-end sales processes, and assist in category creation and go-to-market motions. They should have the ability to prospect potential clients, develop persuasive sales pitches, and be willing to travel. Preferred skills include experience in healthcare technology sales, SaaS sales methodology, sales leadership, and seasoned client experience. The role requires a vibrant individual with a mission to improve healthcare, who is polished, entertaining, true, calm, structured, humble, and able to close deals effectively.
